Batteries are an essential part of cars and can be divided into traditional lead-acid batteries and maintenance-free batteries. Because the battery uses lead-calcium alloy as the grid, the amount of water decomposed during charging is low, and the amount of water evaporation is also low. In addition, the casing adopts a sealed structure and releases very little sulfuric acid gas. Therefore, compared with traditional batteries, it has the advantages of not needing to add any liquid, connecting the terminals, and long storage time of electricity.

The design life of the battery is 27 months. Generally, family cars are relatively economical. Many new car batteries last 3-4 years. However, after replacement once, they usually must be replaced in about 2 years. Taxis are relatively expensive, and a single bus lasts for a year or so, while a double bus lasts about 8-10 months.

Several factors that affect battery life are: vehicle condition, road conditions, and driver’s habits

Generally, the newer a car is, the more battery it saves, because the motor is easy to use, saves battery, and the alternator is easy to use, and the battery can be fully charged. When the car becomes old, especially after the two large motors and alternators are replaced, due to the huge price difference between original and refurbished products of these two products on the market, it is easy for car owners not to replace original parts, and the battery is more likely to break later. Off-road batteries are often prone to damage. Car batteries have a technical index to indicate the battery’s anti-vibration performance! If the battery that meets the standard vibrates frequently in a poor working environment, it will certainly be damaged.
